Colorado Gold Client Agreement

  1. I understand that any order to buy from or sell to Colorado Gold for which I have been issued a trade number is a legally binding contract.
  2. I understand that any order to purchase through Colorado Gold for which I have been issued a trade number must be paid in full at the agreed upon price within seven days of the trade, regardless of delivery delays. I further understand that once the trade confirmation number has been issued, that trade may not be cancelled or changed in any way.
  3. In the event I am selling to Colorado Gold, I agree to ship metals within 2 business days of the issuance of the trade number. I understand that I am responsible for the delivery of the product at the price agreed upon.
  4. This agreement does not need to be reaffirmed in the event of future transactions.
  5. Failure to adhere to this agreement may result in legal action, and/or collection of actual losses incurred.
