I ’ll always remember where I was, as will you. My friend Paul called me and asked me if I were watching TV. I wasn’t, but turned it on immediately. I won’t soon forget, and neither will any of you. It was shocking, appalling, disgusting, and revolting. But it was perhaps one of the biggest cover-ups, and frauds in history, even outranking the “official’ explanation of JFK’s assassination, which was that Lee Harvey Oswald did it with a cheap Italian rifle, through trees, and at impossible range. As the years have passed, few actually believe the Warren Commission’s volumes with their fraudulent explanations. Why was the parade route mysteriously changed? Could a bullet make 90 degree turns? Did the CIA do it? We will never know, but we do know that Lee Harvey Oswald didn’t do it. Now comes the World Trade Center collapses, all three of them, with one never having been hit by an airplane, and all coming down in ten seconds on their own footprint. Fire? Not on your life. Those buildings may have been ugly and financially impossible, but the fires, most of which burned outside of the buildings, never caused them to collapse. They were professionally taken down. Then comes the Pentagon crash with no indication of a huge airplane visible. Each one of those engines weighed 12 tons! The hole in the building was about 18 feet in diameter! No luggage, no bodies, no fuselage, and we are supposed to believe the whole plane vaporized upon impact? Then there is the plane which supposedly crashed in Pennsylvania, and there was but one mound of wreckage? With parts spread over 8 miles? Another fraud? Of course. And as each day and week passes, more and more Americans believe it was a total fraud-cover-up. It’s up to 40% now and climbing. Who did it? Who knows? We will never know, but as each year passes, in spite of the liberal and conservative columnists repeating over and over again about “terrorists doing it,” the doubts continue to rise, as they should. Did Bush know? Was it a reason to eventually control us all with the “Patriot Acts?” Was it an excuse to get us into an un-winnable war? Who knows? I don’t, but I do know that we are now an ex-wealthy nation which is drastically over-extended in Iraq and Afghanistan. I do know that we owe more than any nation in history, and that if our books were properly inspected, we would have been declared totally bankrupt decades ago. Is George Bush evil, or plain stupid? Why doesn’t he protect our borders? Why the cover-up about 9/11? Gold and silver suffer from attempted manipulation, and this I gladly admit. As I write this, it is being manipulated down again, but they are still a damned site better that stocks, which have been right about where they were five years ago when 9/11 happened. Gold and silver are much much higher, and will go even higher in decaying dollars, and you can bet on that. My five day holiday was fine, and I am back at my desk. Thanks for your patience!
