I am a registered Republican, even though I am a libertarian at heart at least by 90%.. Millions of registered Republicans have strong libertarian leanings, by despising strong central government, and a host of other things. I feel that other Republicans, such as myself, have become hardened by George W. Bush’s antics, Iraq, Afghanistan, the huge cover-up of 9/11, and lots of other actions, which have been allowed by Republican Representatives and Senators. Those who voted to allow Bush to have his unconstitutional way about Iraq were 90% Republicans. The Republicans overwhelmingly voted for the hated “Patriot Act.” Republicans have, in my opinion, goofed so much, that they might well lose the House, and possibly the Senate, making Bush a “Lame Duck.” Since he seems to have the mentality of a lame duck anyway, perhaps that would be good for the country. My wife lived in Texas for 20 years, and she says that while Bush was Governor, he was bright, and about a thousand times smarter than he seems to be now. Is he drugged, or under some mysterious control? I don’t know, but I am sure there is some sort of surprise cooked up to sway voters into the Republican camp in November. I hope it isn’t another 9/11, unless it wipes D.C. off the map.
Tom Tancredo is a long time Representative from Colorado, and his new book “In Mortal Danger,” is even better than Pat Buchanan’s book. I urge you to get it. A recent survey here in Colorado showed that a majority of participants said that we should let the illegals stay, which is appalling. Read either Pat’s or Tom’s book or both, and see for yourself how mistaken this belief is.
Is Dubya refusing to protect us by stopping illegals by the tens of thousands from entering our land, because he and Fox have decided to erase the borders as soon as is possible, making the US and Mexico one nation? Rumors abound that the One World forces are trying to make Canada, Mexico and the US all one homogenized land. Guess who would be the losers? Canada and the U.S., that’s who. How can they do it unless there is a vote by all parties? Would the U.S. and Canadian politicians vote for such a thing as this? Be sure to catch my Gold Eagle column which should be put up Friday. It will explain a lot about the China rise in manufacturing might.
