Thursday is Pearl Harbor Day, so be sure to fly your flag. However, when you do fly your flag in remembrance of those innocents who died that day, please do not forget the man who caused it to happen. FDR, is probably the worst president in American history, at least in my opinion. Maybe even worse than the Republican idol, dishonest Abe Lincoln. Abe had an affair with Ann Rutledge, cheating on his wife Mary, among other dastardly deeds, the major one being starting the War Between the States which killed 620,000. That’s another story. FDR started the welfare system in our land, and that alone would make him an excellent candidate. Before FDR, there was no welfare, other than public schools. People took care of themselves. No Social Security, no public housing, and no handouts. Wonderful, whole major cities, stable currency, silver coinage, and responsible citizens who cared for themselves. FDR’s welfare system fed on itself, and it has grown larger and more confiscatory every year since.
FDR needed to get America out of the great depression, which was caused by the Federal Reserve. He tried everything, and even attempted to ’pack’ the Supreme Court with extra judges who would rule in favor of his unconstitutional schemes. When nothing seemed to work, perhaps a war would do it? It did. FDR cut off the Panama Canal from the Japanese, stopped selling them steel, and tried to block their oil supplies from the South Pacific, which crippled and angered them. Sure enough, they attacked. I have no love for the Japanese, and wouldn’t dream of owning anything with a Jap name on it, but not necessarily because of Pearl Harbor. My despising them is fostered by the way they treated their prisoners, what they did to the Chinese in 1937, plus numerous other atrocities they have committed. Pearl Harbor was a foolish move in their part, and a few short months later at Midway, they, for all practical purposes lost the war, when America sunk three of their aircraft carriers. But they fought on and committed unspeakable deeds to their American prisoners, as they did to the Chinese and Koreans, both of whom still hate them. So fly your flags, and if you are too young to remember, or think I am exaggerating, I suggest three books which are readily available. They are, “Day of Deceit,” “Roosevelt’s Road to Russia,” and, “The Roosevelt Myth.”
