Obama

There are two main candidates for President of the US, and they are John McCain and Barak Obama.  McCain is 70ish, ex POW, white, Republican, and been a Senator for many years.  Obama is a Democrat, has a Harvard degree, and has served about two years as a US Senator, besides being a state senator for a brief period. He is also tall, has a deep baritone voice, and speaks very well in generalities.  He was against the Iraq invasion, but thinks the war in Afghanistan is great.  His father was a black African Muslim from Kenya, and his mother a white atheist from Kansas.  His father deserted when he was two.  His mother married an Indonesian Muslim and moved to Jakarta, where he was enrolled in school and raised a Muslim.  He was sent to Hawaii to live with his grandparents when he was in high school.  He was a 20 year faithful member and close friend of the pastor of a church that hates whites and Jews, and blames America for all the world’s problems, including creating the AIDS virus to kill blacks.  During his brief time as a US Senator, he has absolutely the number one liberal voting record, always voting for larger government and higher taxes.  According to the web site atlasshrugs, his birth certificate seems to be faked, so he might not have been born in the US, which is necessary for becoming the President.

His rhetoric is excellent, and he seems to have a mystic way with people when he opens his mouth and gives a speech which are always full of generalities.  I can think of five men in recent history who have had the same wonderful speaking ability, and who mesmerized their audiences.  They all promised a ’change’ in their nation if elected or came to power by other means.  All five took their respective nations into extreme socialism or total communism.  The two main ones I think of are Adolph Hitler and Fidel Castro.  Josef Stalin had the same ability to transfix his audience, and Chairman Mao did pretty well also.  FDR had a marvelous speaking ability, and like Obama, America seemed to have a sort of high school crush on FDR, who turned out to be one of America’s worst Presidents.  Unfortunately, the previously mentioned five were all disasters, and ruined their respective nations.  FDR initiated the welfare system, got us into WW II, and even though he ran on a ’conservative’ platform, became one of the mightiest of liberals.  Under FDR, government and taxes grew hundreds of percentage points, and have remained so ever since. 

Hitler had the entire German Nation hypnotized.  Everyone adored him!  The New York Times called Fidel, “The George Washington of Cuba,” so convincing were his speeches…initially.  Cuba, under Fidel became a cripple, and remains so today.  I ask a question:  If Obama were not a negro, would he be a candidate on the Democratic ticket?  Obama has little experience at anything, has never held a job, been a serviceman, met a payroll, run a business, or taken a risk.  Does being a negro, a good speaker with a deep baritone voice, and having little if any credentials for the Presidency, qualify him to be President?  Is he popular because of his speaking ability and being a negro?  Obama’s wife says she is ’finally glad to be an American,’ I suppose because her hubby is running for President.  I’m glad she now likes where she is.
