Been keeping up with the Greek situation?  A 15 year old was shot by a cop in Athens, and the entire nation is racked with arson, beatings, robbery, mayhem, and a total out of control teen age minority population.  It isn’t the adult white Greeks who are destroying the shops, banks, and autos.  It’s the minority kids, average age 16.  Remember the violence in L.A. after a jury freed a couple of cops after the Rodney King rampage?  Arson and violence all over L.A.  Stores torched, and that poor white guy in the intersection was beaten almost to death, for merely being white.  Remember the riots after MLK was shot?  My old Washington D.C. shopping neighborhood no longer exists.  Burned to the ground.  I remember the Watts riots in the 1960’s also, plus other rampages in America.  Many come to mind, but the ones to come, will outshine all of them put together…in my opinion.

Look at what’s happening every day.  Millions more will be laid off.  Budweiser is laying off 1800, Dow Chemical 5000, Tribune is bankrupt with its newspapers, TV stations and the Cubbies.  The New York Times has a billion dollar debt.  This is but the beginning, dear reader.  We are in for a calamity which will exceed the depression of the 1930’s, gotten out of by FDR getting us into WW II some 57 years ago.  That fixed it, didn’t it?  The depression, that is.  You guys read the papers and watch the news on TV.  You know that even though it is ’managed,’ a bit of truth leaks out, and especially if you listen to the BBC as I do.  It isn’t just America either.  Sony has fired 5,000, and the Jap depression is well advanced, as is Russia’s.  No one will escape, and when it really hits, I simply do not want to be in a big city, and neither should you.

Since Obama got elected, have you tried to buy gold, silver, bullets, or a gun?  It can be a problem, because people are afraid, and rightfully so.  Afraid of violence, gun confiscation, and hyper-inflation; all of which are almost certain.  If you live in a big city, where there are large populations of minorities, you will be in danger.  I talk and deal with smart people all day long.  People who are not in debt probably, and wisely want to secure their financial future with historic money in the form of gold and silver.  Most of these people have lived in their homes for decades probably, and feel quite secure.  I hope they are correct, but I feel a lot safer in my small town with a sophisticated alarm system, guns, ammo, extra food, and real money.  It’s comforting to know the Sheriff, Police chief, County Commissioners, and have 300 days of sunshine and plenty of water. I am sorry if this seems alarmist, but I am alarmed!

The future outcry and violence of the unemployed, hungry, and homeless humanity, will be ever so real and present, and especially in large cities.  It won’t be confined to the slums either.  Look at Greece, remember the L.A. riots, WTC, recent Indian outrages, and Spanish and British subway sabotage.  They didn’t happen in the slums.  While you should protect yourself with gold and silver, shouldn’t you also protect yourself by thinking seriously about getting out of a big city?.  Violence and riots are instantly started by the most incidental happenings, as has happened in Greece.  They can spread to all parts of a city, regardless of neighborhood and police actions.

The Bush and moronic Congress say they will appoint a ’Car Czar” to oversee a $15 billion loan to the auto companies.  Isn’t that grand now?  They have gotten us into a hundred  messes with their loony actions, have given hundreds of billions to shoddy banks, and have the dollar presses running night and day.  If they’re so smart, how come we have wrecked cities, a huge under-class, terrible schools, enormous numbers of beggars for more handouts, and a $50 trillion debt?  Isn’t a “Car Czar” sort of like a wolf guarding the hen house?  Now they have built a $675 million underground addition to the Capitol, which no one knew about till it was finished.  Is it really a ’visitors center,’ who the democrats say ’stink,’ or is it a safety place for the legislators, when the violence breaks out?  I wonder what else is happening behind those closed doors.
