The Psalmist David, seemed to have foresight as to what may happen in 2014, but at any rate, Psalms 11:3 applies to every nation, family, business, or other entity now, or in history.  It reads, from the King James Version of the Bible: “If the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do?”  This seems especially true today, considering the wonderful history of The United States of America, and its basic foundations which have been destroyed.   First of all, America was founded on a Christian-Judean ethic- base, not a ’multicultural’ base as the liberals today are fomenting, which leaves a very sour taste in my innards.  While such a Christian-Judean ethic or base, is not found in our Constitution, words in it, as well as the Declaration of Independence, can leave no doubt.  But lets consider the Constitutional base.

Our foundation, as is written by the Founders in our Constitution, consists of things the federal government is permitted to do, such as meeting, passing laws, establishing a post office dept, who could declare war, etc.  The first Ten Amendments were added, because the Founders thought that citizens should have arms to protect themselves, not be forced to testify against themselves, quarter soldiers, have unreasonable searches and seizures, etc.  Subsequent Amendments have been added to eliminate slavery, covering immigration, the Electoral College, and although the Fourteenth has been interpreted poorly, the 16th was the beginning of the cracking of our foundation.  This was the Income Tax Amendment, but the Amendment says that taxes were to be collected “Without apportionment,” and that has been violated ever since it was passed in 1913.  The 17th Amendment defeated Article One, Section 3 by allowing  Senators to be elected at large, rather than the Founders’ intent to have them elected by state legislatures.  There went part of our foundation.  The 18th, was absurd, but was defeated by the 21st, which was Prohibition.  The 19th allowed women to vote, the 20th about succession after death, the 22nd limits presidential terms to two, the 23rd Electoral College details, etc.

All went pretty good for over a hundred years.  We blossomed, invented, exported, manufactured, worked, and grew into a nation without peer in the world’s history.  No nation in history, has ever come even close to the America we all enjoyed and prospered in, basically until Franklin Delano Roosevelt was elected President, after running on a conservative platform.  Abraham Lincoln violated the Constitution many times in his mss-titled “Civil War,” and Woodrow Wilson got us into World War One, but at least it was with a Constitutional vote of the Congress.  Those two wars, cost America over 750,000 lives, plus millions of injuries.  But when FDR was elected, all hell broke loose, and it has only gotten worse ever since.  Unfortunately, people whom we consider Constitutionalists and conservatives, many times consider FDR to be a hero.  Among them are Pat Buchanan, and Newt Gingrich.  FDR was elected amidst the so called “Great Depression.”  It was a bad time, and had been exacerbated by his predecessor, Herbert Hoover, who made historic bad mistakes in his futile effort to get America out of the depression.

FDR  and his Democrat Congress, started the welfare system, which has not only bankrupted America, but has created an ’under class,’ which continues to grow and suck the very life blood out of us citizens, by destroying our dollar, causing unparalleled crime, slums, destroyed cities, and among other things, has caused America to be a virtual laughing stock of the world.  FDR, in his attempt to get America out of the depression he found us in when he took office, created dozens of ’programs’ and cabinet positions. Billions were spent, and finally his Secretary of the Treasury said, ’we’ve spent all this money, and nothing has worked.’  Roosevelt decided that Japan’s invasion of China in 1937, was a terrible thing to do, so he punished Japan by cutting off its oil supply, use of the Panama Canal, scrap metal, and various other ’punishments,’ which almost guaranteed their bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941.  It got us out of the depression, and 3 1/2 years later, 382,000 Americans were dead, millions wounded, the dollar worth half of what it had been worth when the war started.   As an outrage, after FDR was dead, the “Marshall Plan,” rebuilt our enemies, which started the flight of capital.  Capital; flowing to Japan and China, has increased so much, that the dollar is threatened with its removal as the world’s reserve currency.  Roosevelt started it with his public housing, Social Security, controls on everything, various efforts to seize gold and silver, pack the Supreme Court, and start programs, some of which which were declared unconstitutional.  Our founders probably shook in their graves at Roosevelt’s antics and supporting Democrat votes.  They probably muttered to themselves, “There goes our foundation.”

FDR’s successors have continued the demolition.  Jimmy Carter alienated secular Iran, and made it into a Muslim state, when he invited the Shah for medical treatment  The Shah was hated by Iranians, who then have suffered ever since under an Ayatollah.  Eisenhower didn’t do much, but is responsible for the Interstate highways, which caused us to have filthy air, be dependent on foreign oil, proliferation of hundreds of thousands of huge tractor-trailers, destroying railroad passenger trains and a large part of their freight business,  not counting the destruction of businesses and employment in all cities and towns bypassed by the Interstates.  We are so used to them now, that we can’t imagine being without them.  The marketplace was violated by the interstates.  If various states or businesses such as Pennsylvania and Kansas had continued to build toll roads, for a profit, the aforementioned situations would not have happened, and motorists and truckers would be paying for their use and damage they cause.  Truckers pay but a pittance for the damage they cause to roads!  The Founders wanted, via the Tenth Amendment, for each state to govern itself, and not be hamstrung by a mighty D.C. behemoth, which now controls virtually every move we make, every item we purchase, and every farmer, doctor, business, and even employee in America’s life.  All in total violation of the “Foundation” the Psalmist spoke of over 2,000 years ago.

Today, the under-class not only votes for the congress man or woman, who promises them more and more from the public treasury, but their very existence is bankrupting America at a rapid rate.  Close to 50,000,000 get food stamps, and over 50% of America get checks or subsidies from Uncle Sam, who has to take it from the ’haves’ to give it to the ’have nots,’ and when the ’haves’ don’t ’contribute’ enough, with exorbitant taxes on everything, the D.C. crowd creates money out of nothing, thereby taxing everyone with declining dollar values.  It’s even worse than that.  Our foundation, which has been destroyed, never gave government permission to create a central bank, now known as the Federal Reserve, which is neither ’federal,’ and has no ’reserves.’  It, rather creates money out of thin air and loans it to the Treasury, with interest, and the interest is alarmingly getting close to the GDP.

The foundation, which has been destroyed, was partially destroyed by George Bush, who unconstitutionally got America involved in Afghanistan and Iraq, with disastrous results.  Truman unconstitutionally got us into Korea, and there are still 27,000 of our troops there at our expense, while the Korean economy thrives by selling us their products.  JFK was a candle in a dark room, who was assassinated, probably by the CIA, which he was going to get rid of, or other D.C. henchmen who didn’t like JFK’s efforts to get rid of the Federal Reserve.  LBJ came along, and caused America 59,000 deaths and millions of injuries in Vietnam.  His “War on Poverty”, merely caused the buck to lose even more value, and more under class to be created.  The permanent mental and physical injuries from Vietnam boggle the mind.  Nixon realized we had lost, and got us out.  Ronnie Reagan was a wonderful guy and President, who got America back on its feet, but unfortunately quadrupled the national debt.

Now we seem to be digging our collective graves with Obama and his cohorts, who would make any Constitutionalist scream in horror, while Republicans continue to run up the bills, pass legislation, and OK ever more regulations, with a mere blink of an eye, while promising reform.  Today, I see an ever increasing request or demand by neo-con Republicans and some Democrats as well, to place ’boots on the ground,’ to fight ISIS.  ISIS is a word we never heard of until a couple of months go, and now we’re going to war again in Iraq and other Muslim nations?  Didn’t we do a great job in Libya?  Now, Libya is a no-man’s land midst total destruction. whereas it was a nation controlled by Quadiffi, and was orderly.  We will never learn, I am afraid.  How is ISIS our business?  It’s an armed group of radical Muslim Sunnis, out to get Shiites and any Christians who may be in the way.  IT’S NONE OF OUR BUSINESS.  Worried about them infiltrating into America?  Seal the borders, and cease occupying and invading their nations!  It’s all so simple.  The Psalmist asked at the end of 11:3, “What can the righteous do?”  Support Tea Party candidates with your dollars for one.    I honestly believe that gold and silver (real money, regardless of price in paper money) are at their actual cost of mining and production, which will make mines close, and cause them to go up.  I have  no crystal ball, but I bought both gold and silver for myself last week.
