That decreped, old, so called out of date Constitution, which I seem to constantly harp on, and which liberals have forgotten completely, or think it to be old fashioned, and subject to their modern interpretation, is this latest diatribe on how totally Unconstitutional we have become. While Article Three of the Constitution, indeed does say that the Supreme Court shall have supreme jurisdiction over all matters having a federal dispute, and certain other things we need not discuss here, it does not have jurisdiction over state matters which have not been brought before it. (The fact that the Supremes seem to love to make laws rather than judge their Constitutionality, is another subject).
As the ruler said to young Mozart in that wonderful, but slightly inaccurate film "Amadeus," his opera had "Too many notes." Well, our nation, at the federal level, has "Too many laws." These federal laws, which are so numerous, that they are virtually impossible to count, are destroying America. The Internal Revenue ’Code,’ which no one understands anyway, has far more words than the Bible. Ronald Gainer, a retired Treasury official, when asked how many federal laws there were said, "You will have died and been resurrected three times, and still be trying to figure out the answer." There are over 5,000 criminal offenses in the US. code. The more federal laws there are, the more crimes that can be committed, whether they be senseless laws or not. Federal law makes Marijuana use a crime and calls for jail time. Several states have legalized Marijuana (which I have never done and am not tempted), which should be their prerogative to be sure, but the conflict is obvious. There are hundreds and thousands of federal laws in direct conflict with state laws. Ron Paul said that there were 40,000 new federal laws put into effect on January 1, 2012.
We have no idea of how many federal laws there currently are, but I can tell you how many there were in 1919. Several years ago in a Phoenix book store, I ran across a used book titled "The Barnes 1919 Federal Code." The introduction says, "Containing all federal statutes of general and public nature now in force." The book contains 2831 pages. 317 pages are for the index, and the first few pages number the federal laws. There were exactly 5601 federal laws in 1919. Think about that! Currently, as best as can be counted, but no one knows exactly, but there are 2,749,000 people employed by the Washington D.C. disaster, known as the federal government, and there are hundreds and thousands in each town and city in America, all harassing and threatening you with the almighty power of the federal government.
The Tenth Amendment of our Constitution reads as follows: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Those 28 succinct words in our governing Constitution, should negate 95% of the federal government. One of the most unholy of all bureaucracies, and the one which is wrecking the coal, farming, manufacturing, mining, and retail industries, besides raising costs on everything to the consumer, is the Environmental Protection Agency or "E.P.A." which was formed on December 2, 1970 under Nixon. That agency has become the most powerful agency in the federal government, and it does nothing that the individual states could not do by themselves, if they found it necessary. Nothing. Was the E.P.A. established by a vote in the Congress, either the Senate, House, or both? Absolutely NO! A couple of committees chaired and run by far leftist members of both houses, thought it was a good idea and presto! The E.P.A. was in business, without even a vote of Congress, which makes it totally Unconstitutional. Yet, this Unconstitutional body, virtually controls every facet of our life, from the water we drink and water our fields with, to the electricity we use, the gas we burn and the gasoline and diesel we need to survive. The E.P.A. formed without a vote of the Congress, is literally destroying America in virtually every single point of our very existence. America is waddling through an incredible thicket maze of bureaucracy and bureaucrats at every level, and in total violation of not only the Tenth Amendment, but the very heart of the Constitution, which states, in Article One, Section One, "All Legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist pf a Senate and House of Representatives." All laws are supposed to originate in Congress, not the White House, Supreme Court, or bureaucrats. 95% of the federal government is not only strangling and bankrupting us, but is Unconstitutional. Were I in power in the White House, I would disband it and make Washington D.C. a ghost town.

Has there ever been a more blatant, ugly, disregard of common sense, justice, and logic, than we now see with the NAACP and assorted communist and other far left and anti-American groups of liberals and know nothings, that we now see ’demonstrating’ throughout America? Believe me, if a 6 foot five, 280 pounder came rushing at me full force, I would empty my gun on him as fast as my fingers could pull the trigger. The Grand Jury, whose findings comprise a thousand pages of transcripts, photos, testimonies, and evidence, found Darren Wilson innocent. CNN, as buildings were burning in the background, said that the demonstrations were "Peaceful." I am fearful of what is happening to America, over one policeman shooting a violent, store robbing, criminal. When thousands of idiots block the Lincoln Tunnel in New York, and shut down Interstate highways, what can law enforcement do? The current lawlessness by blacks, and far left liberals, none of whom seem to be blessed with a brain, can easily paralyze America. If one dead criminal can do this, what is the future of America?
