So What?

President Donald Trump woke up one day last week, and tweeted that Obama had hacked into his phone during the campaign.  That started another media frenzy, which will probably not die down in the near future.  I say, “So what?”  I am certain that thousands of telephones have been hacked, with or without knowledge of phone owners.  In light of the latest Wikileaks release, it’s pretty obvious that the CIA has the technical power to hack into all phones and computers around the world.  No one is safe.

If Trump had been angry at his phone being tapped, that’s understandable, and maybe as the President, he could have quietly found out who did it, but to tweet it to millions of people and the hungry media who hate him and want to destroy him, was absurd.  Did it cost him the election?  No, because he didn’t find out till he was already President.  Did it change his Presidency when he tweeted that the crowds at his inauguration broke all records for attendance?  No, because he was already sworn in as President, and photographs show that the attendance was shallow compared to the Women’s Day crowd later.  So What?  Why did he have to make a fool of himself over inauguration attendance, phone tapping, and a few other tweets?

I despise the CIA (Cant’ Identify Anything), and wrote a column about it December 17th of last year.  I have even more reason to despise it now, and as I wrote about the CIA’s probable killing of JFK, I wish Trump would disband it.  In the book I paid $30 for, the CIA is proven to be the JFK murder culprit, and I’ll give it to the first person who calls me and I’ll ship it to them free.  Not a great book, but parts of it are pertinent.

Why does President Trump make bold, unsubstantiated remarks, and claims, allowing the media have a holiday at his expense?  His first 50 days have been outstanding, and his achievements superb.  His Presidency  promises to exceed Ronnie Reagan’s, but unlike Regan, he seems to have a chronic ‘foot in mouth’ disease, for which he should self cure by thinking about a tweet at least four hours before sending it to the awaiting media.

He didn’t say refugees were not welcome.  He said that they must come legally, be vetted, and prove that they can support themselves and our nation, learn our language and be good citizens.  This is the way refugees have come here for 200 years.  The illegal, back door way, must be stopped, and he did say that he will stop it.
