Now that Republicans have gotten the tax reduction bill passed and signed, It’s interesting to note that Democratic critics are deeply worried that the national debt may be increased by a trillion dollars in the next ten years. Oh Dear! Even some ‘moderate’ Republicans seem to be a bit worried about it. Hey guys, is your memory so short, that you can’t remember the previous eight years under Obama, when he and his Democrat loyalists in Congress, actually increased the national debt over a trillion dollars a year for eight years. By the time Obama left, the debt had more than DOUBLED during his time in office. When Obama was elected, the national debt was $9 trillion, and when he was defeated it was over $20 trillion.
Neither Obama nor Democrats, ever put forth any plan to make the economy grow. All they did was place endless give-aways, laws, and regulations on the laboring citizenry and businesses. Obama had not a whit of business experience, and couldn’t even remember the number of states we have, when he said that we have 57! The Democratic Party, under Obama and Hillary, has moved so far to the left, that it is a virtual semi-communist party. The national debt under the Democrats and Obama increased so rapidly, that us Republicans shuddered every time a new regulation or law was passed. Now they can’t remember, but are terribly worried about the results of Trump’s tax reduction effort, which will surely result in more jobs, more taxes collected, and great prosperity.
Already, many major corporations have given their employees a thousand dollar bonus before Christmas, as a result of Trump’s tax reform and lowering. I am sure that Nancy and Chuck are having nightmares about that one, and it is only the beginning. Banks will pay 21% in taxes rather than 35%, and this will give them additional funds to loan for new homes and businesses. The Democrats moan that the tax reduction will expire, and not be permanent. Oh dear again!
If the tax reform, signed and under law, doesn’t work, logic says that the former must be placed back in operation, but surely ten years is time enough to watch and see. Come on people, try to remember the past eight years, admit that Trump has won, and is carrying out his campaign promises, which is totally unique in Presidential history.
