This morning on NPR, a weepy UNICEF woman was bemoaning the fact that there are close to 50 million kids in the world, who are either starving, disease ridden, or abandoned. She itemized the nations in which these kids live, and guess what? They are all Muslim nations. I never would have guessed. (not much). Is it any wonder that now President Trump, in his campaign speeches, wanted to keep them out of the U.S.? He has later smoothed that out, saying he wants immigrants to go through a severe check-out.
There is no doubt that a child’s future life is decided in its first six years. I am certain that out of the 50 million (she says), most of them have achieved the age of six, and therefore any “help,” will be of no help, as their future is already sealed. If millions are starving, their brains and bodies are stunted beyond recovery. If they are sexually abused, the same applies also. Conservatives have always had big problems with UNICEF, and I trust that no dollars will be sent to it. There are daily commercials on TV for animal anti-cruelty activists, similar to the weepy UNICEF gal on NPR, both begging for money. I saw one this morning with the cutest little puppies and kitties behind a wire enclosure, begging for help. I love dogs, and we have one that has adopted us. We have always had dogs, and we care for ours, but are not fooled into thinking that sending a few bucks to the ASPCA will change anything. Stray animals should be anesthetized painlessly, and that it is common in all cities and towns. I gave $500 a couple of years ago to our local animal shelter. Sending money and troops to Afghanistan is dumb, and a waste of dollars. Give to your local animal shelter, not to the TV ad sponsors. Who do you think pays for those ads? Your contributions take a huge amount of them for advertising and staff. Give locally, because feeling sorry and giving for television ad puppies and kitties, no more helps them than UNICEF’s begging for money helps any hopeless kids. A few things that the U.N. does are admirable, but UNICEF can’t change anything, when it is their various corrupt governments and religion that has gotten kids where they now are.
Afghanistan
President Trump has foolishly sent more troops into Afghanistan, and there are now 14,000 there. Yesterday, in Kabul, another 40 Shiites were murdered by, naturally, Sunnis, who think Shiites are godless, or something similar. Maybe the same as Catholics murdering Methodists in America? Both believe in the same God. Both the Sunnis and Shiites believe that their Prophet is sacred, and must be believed at all costs, including his instructions that unbelievers (Protestants, Jews, Shintos, Buddhists, and the rest of the world), must be murdered. Muslims are allowed four wives, instant divorce, and treat all women cruelly. Muslims believe in relieving all women of sexual pleasure with their abominable mutilating operations. I cannot stand Muslim beliefs, and their obvious terrorists, who they say only are a small percentage of their religion, even though their religion advocates it.
I know, it’s been around, but true. If a bowl of M&Ms had a small percentage of poisonous ones in it, would you want to try one? Therefore, if a small percentage of Muslims are terrorists, would you want any of them here?
Was there any reason for U.S. to be in Afghanistan in the first place? George W. Bush put them there, with the unconstitutional semi-approval, of the Congress, and now Trump has decided there is a chance for Afghanistan to become what? I have no idea. The Afghanistan landscape is littered with rusting, abandoned Russian military weapons and vehicles. The Ruskies thought the same absurd things about there being hope for Afghanistan. After billions of rubles, they gave it up and left. George Bush thought, for some weird reason, never explained, that Afghanistan had some value. They have no oil or minerals. All they do is abuse females and grow poppies. The Afghanistan Muslims are totally brutal, illiterate, and worthless. We’ve built schools and hospitals. We’ve tried to civilize them, and it’s pointless and futile. It has cost us a trillion dollars so far, and Afghanistan is scheduled to receive $500 million in foreign aid in 2018, not counting the costs of 14,000 troops and their equipment, salaries, fuel, ammo, and of course…deaths, which will surely happen.
Think of all the walls and bridges than could be built in America, if we just called it what it is; a failure, and left? The trillion already spent can’t be recovered, but can’t we admit the obvious absurdity of it, ceased spending, bring the troops home, and call it quits?
