Ode to Biden

Part of a column I wrote on April 12, 2002

“Tax his cow, tax his goat.

Tax his pants, tax his coat.

Tax his crop, tax his work.

Tax his ties, tax his shirt.

Tax his chew, tax his smoke.

Teach to him, taxing is no joke.

Tax his tractor, tax his mule.

Tell him taxing, is the rule.

Tax his oil, tax his gas.

Tax his notes, tax his cash.

Tax him good, and let him know,

That after taxes, he has no dough.

If he hollers, tax him more.

Tax him till he’s good and sore.

Tax his coffin, tax his grave.

Tax the sod, in which he’s laid.

Put these words upon his tomb:

“Taxes drove him to his doom.”

After he’s gone, we won’t relax.

We’ll still collect the inheritance tax.’

Have you ever seen a face so empty as is Joe Biden’s?  It’s so lacking in even a basic expression, that I feel I am watching a photo or dummy.  It’s well known that Biden is totally dependent on TV monitors, which he usually reads very well, and he also depends on extensive notes giving basic ‘talking points’ on whatever a question may be from a select group of approved questioners, and with pre-approved approved questions.  Can Biden actually form a sentence out of thin air?  The whole Presidency seems to be so fake, that it’s like a stage show with a bad actor, illustrating a real thing.  The media have completely ignored the Roger Biden scandal, with which President Biden seems to have a hand in the get rich operation with Red China.  The media have also totally ignored the chaos in the Vice President’s office, plus the fact that when she finally did go to a border, it was not the one being used by hundreds of thousands of illegals.  Biden was proud to note that a bar-b-que meal costs sixteen cents less this year than last, but he totally ignored that gasoline and diesel are more than a dollar more per gallon now than last year; thanks to his ‘Executive Orders.”  (I have searched our Constitution exhaustively, and cannot find any place where an ‘Executive Order’ is authorized).
