What’s obvious to those of you who read this, is you possess a basic knowledge of economics. Your economics knowledge, makes you know, that with a surplus of dollars, it is not smart to save in them. 95% of the world’s population, saves their surplus dollars, pesos, rubles, pounds, or what have you, in all of their respective currencies, which are backed by the ‘full faith and credit,’ of their governments, and all will eventually be worth zero. 95% of the world, saves in these currencies. You’re smart, and they aren’t. You save in gold and silver. Congratulations.
Politicians all over the earth, also have not the slightest concept of economics. How do I know this? Because all rulers of all nations, never balance their budgets, but all spend recklessly, giving handouts to voters, passing pointless, expensive laws, many of which, buy votes, and become popular at election time. So called ‘free nations,’ as well as communist and socialistic ones, all fail to balance their budgets, and watch their monies gradually go down the tubes, taking their populations’ wealth with them. You and I are smart by not saving in their money, only using it as is necessary to buy things currently. They save in a leaky bucket.
Now for Putin. In February, Putin wickedly, and in violation of international law, attacked Ukraine. Why did he do this? Because Putin thinks the collapse of the USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics), in December of 1991, was ‘one of the greatest tragedies in human history,’ and he wants to resurrect the USSR, which Ukraine was a forced member of, along with many other nations. He wants to start with Ukraine, and force other former USSR nations, back into new slavery. Putin, has no concept of cost or economics of his actions. All he knows, and firmly believes, is that he must resurrect the USSR, and Ukraine is the closest to Russia, so he starts with it.
The free world is outraged. Putin was never a soldier, but an officer in the KGB, which destroyed freedom by other insidious means, not war. Putin’s shallow knowledge of war, as well as economics, made him think that Ukraine was anxious to be enslaved again, and he could conquer it in two or three weeks. Putin amassed over 100,000 troops, plus various other vehicles, tanks, and guns, etc. He was so certain of the result of his attack, that he failed to consider how to feed, fuel, and care for his soldiers. Putin was evidently surprised that tanks need fuel, ammunition has to be replaced, and soldiers have to eat. The initial cost of the attack, was enormous, and he lost heavily. There goes the ruble if this keeps on, since billions will have to be printed, and they are backed by nothing.
The war has continued for seven months, and Putin believes he will win. The free nations, as well as Ukraine, believe otherwise. The free nations, and especially the U.S., have spent hundreds of billions, re-enforcing Ukraine, and this is making their currencies decay also, but nothing like Russia’s. In many historic actions, what was the certain result, took longer than was initially conceived. Putin, being disgusted that the free nations are helping Ukraine, has decided to hurt those nations, by cutting off their gas. Selling gas, happens to be a very profitable operation for Russia, but Putin, having no concept of economics, thinks he will stop free nations from helping his war, by cutting off their gas. Russia has lost a huge source of income, which would help to pay for Putin’s war. Putin only thinks of victory, not cost.
The free nations, are adopting survival means, without Putin’s gas. Most of American businesses, which used to pay royalties to Russia, have left, so that income is gone. Free nations, also have declined to buy Russian oil, obviously to harm Putin, which costs him even more. Russian oil sales, to those communists who will buy it, are buying at low prices. Another economic blow to Russia. Putin has discovered, that his military is armed with ancient guns, and he is now buying ancient guns and ancient ammunition, from North Korea. Putin didn’t plan ahead, and his knowledge of war, seems to be very shallow.
It is reliably estimated, that Putin’s war, has cost Russia over 75,000 poorly trained troops, plus thousands of tanks and needed war vehicles. They can’t be replaced as fast as Ukraine is destroying them. Putin’s war continues. Putin’s obvious lack of knowledge of economics, as well as warfare, is causing Russia to re-in-act exactly, what destroyed the USSR, with Putin irrationally attempting to resurrect it, destroying Russia. Bankruptcy, caused the USSR’s collapse. It had spent trillions of dollars in various currencies, to destroy the free world, and it utterly failed. The free world, had far more money to sped to defend itself, and that was the end of the USSR. Hundreds of millions shouted for unbridled joy, at the USSR’s collapse. They were free! Putin thinks it was a ‘historic disaster.’
Putin, is endeavoring to enslave them again, with Russia’s money. Russia, hasn’t enough money to do it. Putin’s effort to make Ukraine revert to a communist USSR, is ever faster bankrupting Russia. Putin doesn’t know it, or care. Even Communist China, has backed away from Putin’s war. Putin controls Russian media, and the falsehoods are beginning to fade, as more and more Russians are waking up to what he is doing to their nation, and its economy.
After the war, Putin’s Russia, will be legally obligated to repair the billions of dollars of damage done to Ukraine, by animalistic troops, murder, rockets, guns, and even blocking Ukraine from selling its grain to the world. The outcome of Putin’s foolish war, could easily make Russia a carbon copy of the USSR’s sudden demise. In 1991.
