I hope your Christmas was great!
Poor little Italy. They only had 94,000 illegals invading them last year, compared to our close to five million this year so far. Thanks to Democrats, some Republicans, and Joe Biden. Why do they come here? Admittedly, part of the reason is because their home nation is ruled by a dictator, gangs, corruption, crime, etc., but why here? Why not Mexico? Allow me to explain.
In my opinion, It’s all very simple! In Mexico, an illegal would not be welcome or invited, and wouldn’t receive free health care, a free cell phone, education, free transport around Mexico, and be placed on the welfare rolls, to receive far more goodies than neither you nor I, ever thought about receiving. No one ever offered me a free phone, transportation, housing, health care, and all that Biden promised, when he told them that the borders were open, and please come! Currently, the weak are being supported by the strong, and this weakens the strong, and weakens America. Here is my method of stopping the illegals from wanting to come here.
Let’s first admit that all the handouts are un-Constitutional, have and are, costing us trillions of un-backed dollars, and if this continues, and it will, we will end up like all the previous collapsed nations throughout history. They collapsed, because of un-sound economics, perpetrated by dumb governments, run by politicians and bureaucrats. Printing press money does not increase wealth, but decreases it. Our destroyers are not the recipients of welfare, but those who provided it. They live in and work from our Swamp, as Trump so vividly described Washington D.C.
We can’t stop the handouts, because they are so numerous, both domestically, and as attractions for illegals crossing our borders. Our lives are infiltrated by government actions, promises, and handouts, and Americans are addicted to them. Let them be. Our poor, elderly, sick, lame, veterans, etc., will continue to get their checks under my idea, as long as they live, but LET’S FORBID ANY NEW ENTRANTS. No illegal, from now on, will get anything, other than an escort to the border. No more invitations, no more promises for any newborn, illegal, legal, or anyone wanting to enter here for any reason. There will be no reason to come here. Coming here will have no promises of handouts of any kind, so they might as well stay home, or travel to another place which would welcome them, and maybe even speak their language. No welcome at our borders, and no promises. Everyone born here, will have all the protections our Constitution allows, but no more. Parents will raise their kids with the knowledge that government has changed its policies since their parents were born, and other than Social Security, there will be nothing else, other than what is Constitutionally allowed.
As people die, their ‘benefits’ will expire, and within a few decades, there will be no welfare. We will be a free nation, and have a stable currency. Inflation will be but a distant memory. Our populations will grow up responsibly, know how to care for themselves, and work for what they want. Sound radical? I’m certain it is, but turn the clock back 275 years when our revolution happened. Probably half, or close, remained pro Mother England, and wanted nothing to do with independence. My idea will appeal to maybe 10% of Americans, even though it is ultra-logical, and in keeping with our origins.
Our new Constitutional government was to protect us from our enemies at home and abroad, and no-where is it written that government is to hand out money from the public treasury. I’ve read it many times, and always have a copy handy at all times.
No where can I find any instruction or allowance for propping up the weak and harming the strong. Even the Bible, at Matthew 3:10 quotes Jesus as saying that fruit trees which produce no fruit, are to be cut down and burned. In the animal world, weak, aged, or sick animals, fish, birds, or for that matter, all living things, except the human race, self-cleanses and strengthens their group, by being eaten, or dies, and the world is kept clean with that natural act of nature. On PBS, Wednesday evenings, there are usually shows showing the weak eating or being eaten by the larger ones, to keep the race un-polluted. It shows the strong and healthy running away from would be predators, or hiding from them, and it all sems so natural, if cruel to us. Death of the old, weak, sickly, diseased, or disabled, animals, insects, fish, and all living things, is natural and necessary. We humans, in a futile effort to prolong our lives by a few years, cannot eliminate death, because we all die eventually. I’d bet that if sick, old, or incoherent could speak, they would wish they were never victims of futile efforts to keep them alive for a few more days, weeks, or months, in a nursing home, which didn’t even exist till the welfare system proliferated.
Throughout history, nations and civilizations have self-destructed, usually economically, by subsidizing the weak, sick, lazy, demented, or in some way weakening the rest of the race. That only causes more sorrow, and misery. I’m a firm believer in euthanasia. Don’t put me in a nursing home. Give me the pill to end it all, and I’ll leave something, rather than giving it all to doctors, hospitals and nursing homes. If I get really sick, and am headed for death, give the pills, and bye bye.
Initially, charity helped the weak, sick or elderly. Children cared for their parents, and those well off, gave to the needy through churches, charitable, and other voluntary institutions. I regularly give to those in need or to historical institutions which preserve our heritage. Our government, initially was paid for by tariffs, and there was no income tax, FBI, CIA, or Federal Reserve.
