Since there seems to be a be antisemitic, pro Muslim-Hamas feelings in America currently, and especially among college age youth, I have dredged up a column I wrote sixteen years ago, as it seems very appropriate: The October 7th attack on Israel is typical Muslim-Islam hatred of Jews as well as non-Jews who happen to love freedom, prosperity, love and graciousness, as opposed to Islam’s steel hard brutality, as expressed not only on October 7th, but in Islam practices around the world since its founding. Can Israel eliminate Hamas? I would hope so, but I think it may be impossible. Here’s the column.
“Muslims are growing rapidly around the world. Can a Muslim be a good American?
“Theologically no, because their allegiance is to Allah, the moon god of Arabia.
“Religiously no, because no other religion is accepted by Allah, except Islam (Quran 2:25).
“Scripturally no, because their allegiance is to the Five Pillars of Islam, and the Quran.
“Geographically no, because their allegiance is not to America, but to Mecca, to which they pray five times a day.
“Politically no, because they must submit to the mullahs, who teach the destruction of America, known as “The Great Satan.”
“Socially no, because males are instructed to marry four women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him.
“Intellectually no, because they cannot accept the American Constitution, since it is based on Biblical principles, and Muslims believe the Bible to be corrupt.
“Philosophically no, because Islam does not allow freedom of religion and expression. All Muslim governments, are dictatorial or autocratic.
“Spiritually no, because when Christians declare, “One Nation Under God,” Allah, the Muslim god, is never referred to as loving, heavenly father, kind, just, unifying, forgiving, or the like, which we identify with our Christian-Jewish God.
“Maybe the Aussies have it correct, when they declare that if Muslims cannot obey and identify with Australian government, custom, laws, and principles, they must leave.
“The question is, since we are mostly a Judeo-Christian Nation, and are therefore identified as “Infidels who must be killed,” according to Islam, can Muslims be trusted? Being “good or bad Muslim,” is far different than being “good or bad Christian or Jew,” because neither Christianity nor Judaism, teaches that non-believers, lax believers, partial believers or even atheists must be killed, since they are not Muslims, and therefore are “infidels.”
“While there are “Muslims for Peace” movements, a few dozen picketers can’t possibly overcome the carnage, brutality, rape, murder,
and sheer uncivilized happenings in Muslim nations around the world. Hideous actions aren’t just happening in Iraq or Afghanistan, (and now Israel), but in every single nation ruled by Islam, be they south Seas, Africa, or Europe. Bombings, beheadings, rape, and torture, are common. When I see a dark-skinned bearded man, I like other Americans, are distrustful.” don@coloradogold.com
