The following is Doc Malone’s summary of Trump’s speech to a foreign audience at the World Economic Forum, last week.
1. He intends to defeat inflation, by imposing a federal hiring freeze, stopping all foreign aid, and create a Department of Government Efficiency.
2. He has ended the Green New Deal, and withdrawn from the Paris Accord, plus ended the electric car mandates.
3. Declared a national emergency, to extract more oil to boost manufacturing, and plans to make the U.S. the world capital of artificial intelligence.
4. Making deregulation, a top priority.
5. Tax cuts across the board, also a top priority.
6. Countries that don’t invest in America, will pay tariffs.
7. Large investments by tech companies and other governments, are announced.
8. Lower oil prices, will help end the Ukrainian war.
9. Active-duty Military and National Guard troops, are now deployed to our Southern border.
10. Censorship by the government, has been stopped, including misinformation and disinformation labels.
11. Ends the weaponization of law enforcement. (I think this is in government departments, not In law enforcement – Don)
12. Has ended DEI.
13. Only two genders in the USA.
14. NATO Nations, to pay 5% of GDP for defense, up from current 2% rate.
15. Claims credit for ceasefire in the Middle East and hostage exchange. (Biden did have a part in it. – Don)
16. Secure a settlement between Ukraine and Russia.
17. Take corporate tax rate, down to 15%, from current 21%., which he instituted in his first presidency!
18. Canadian trade deficit be re-calculated. (Canada is a great trading partner! – Don)
19. Wants to meet with Putin, and end war.
20. Close trade deficit with China.
21. Work towards de-nuclearization, with the cooperation of Russia and China.
22. Make a peace agreement with Russia and Ukraine, a priority.
The above is coupled with a 13-page explanation of all his pronouncements, which is far too lengthy to be part of a column, but you get the idea. America seems to be well on its way, to once again being the World’s leader.
