Redneck jokes are really funny, as well as Redneck pictures. A client of mine forwarded a few pitiful items, which are sort of like ’Redneck,’ but are really sad and disgusting. Thanks Robbie!
(1) If you can get arrested for hunting or fishing without a license, but not for entering and remaining in the USA illegally – you might live in a nation which was founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
(2) If you have to get your parent’s permission to go on a field trip or to take an aspirin in school, but not to get an abortion – you might live in a nation which was founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
(3) If you must show your identification to board an airplane, cash a check, buy liquor, check out a library book, or rent a video, but not to vote for who runs the government – you might live in a nation founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
(4) If the government wants to prevent stable, law-abiding citizens from owning gun magazines that hold more than ten rounds, but gives 20 F-16 fighter jets to the crazy new leaders in Egypt – you might live in a nation founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
(5) If, in the nation’s largest city, you can buy two – 16 ounce sodas, but not one – 24 ounce soda, because 24 ounces of a sugary drink might make you fat – you might live in a nation founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
(6) If an 80 year old woman confined to a wheelchair, or a three year old girl, can be strip searched by the TSA at the airport, but a woman in a burka or a hijab is only subject to having her neck and head searched – you might live in a nation founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
(7) If your government believes that the best way to eradicate trillions of dollars of debt, is to spend trillions more – you might live in a nation founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
(8) If a seven year old boy can be thrown out of school for saying that his teacher is ’cute,’ but a grade school hosting a sexual exploration or diversity class is perfectly acceptable – you might live in a nation founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
(9) If hard work and success are met with higher taxes, more government regulation and intrusion, while not working, is rewarded with food stamps, WIC checks, Medicaid benefits, subsidized housing, and free cell phones – you might live in a nation founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
(10) If the government’s plan for getting people back to work, is to provide incentives for not working, by granting 99 weeks of unemployment checks, without any requirement to prove that gainful employment was diligently sought, but couldn’t be found – you might live in a nation founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
(11) If you pay your mortgage faithfully, denying yourself the newest big-screen TV, while your neighbor buys i-phones, time shares, a wall-sized TV, and new cars, and the government forgives his debt when he defaults on his mortgage – you might live in a nation founded by geniuses but run by idiots.
(12) If being stripped of your Constitutional right to defend yourself, makes you ’safer,’ according to the government – you might live in a nation founded by geniuses, but run by idiots.
“We’re going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good.” “(We) can’t just let business as usual go on, and that means something has to be taken away from some people.” “We have to build a political consensus, and that requires people to give up a little bit of their own…in order to create this common ground.” “I certainly think the free market has failed.” All spoken by Hillary Clinton in 2004, 2005, and 2007. Hillary came from a wealthy, conservative family in the Chicago area, and was a super libertarian-conservative, and friend of Ayn Rand. How things have changed! Want her as President? Not me!
Would Obama not have been re-elected, and would we have Mit Romney as President, were it not for the Benghazi lies, a mysterious sudden 2% drop in the unemployment rate just before the election, (fraud), plus lots of precincts which showed 100% voting for one candidate (Obama)…for the first time in history. Wouldn’t it be nice if we knew something abut him? Maybe his college grades, legitimate birth certificate, etc?
It has been 60 years, almost to the date that the French suffered final defeat (May 7, 1954) at Dien Bien Phu, in what is now known as Vietnam. They fought for eight years, and the defeat was considered a disgrace, sine the French population had not been kept abreast of the developments for eight years. The French fought for an additional eight years before suffering defeat in Algeria in 1962, and by that time, America was fighting a losing war in Vietnam. America has not won a war since World War Two.
The correction in metals was brief, and appears to be over. All physical items which are bought and sold, be it lettuce, lumber, tires, or any tangible item, always go through corrections due to profit taking, supply, demand, weather, transportation, demand, etc. What will never change, unless Congress stops spending more than it takes in in taxes, and prints money to pay for its spending, (fat chance!), is that all prices in dollars, will go up, long term. Even though ratchet type corrections will occur, remember that 15 years ago, gold was $150, gasoline 50 cents, a new house or car was a third of their current price. It just doesn’t make much sense to save in dollars!
